These terms govern your use of byarmr.com and any purchase from ARMR. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About the store

ARMR sells compression leggings through byarmr.com. Product descriptions, pricing, and images are kept as accurate as possible. If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Product claims — read this

ARMR makes no claim that its products permanently reduce, eliminate, or cure cellulite. No such claim is made or implied anywhere on this site. Our products smooth the appearance of cellulite through compression while worn. This effect is temporary and present only while the garment is being worn. Individual results vary.

This is stated plainly because it is true. We believe you deserve an accurate description of what you are buying.

Orders & payment

• By placing an order, you confirm your payment information is accurate and you are authorised to use it.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Full refund issued immediately in such cases.
• Payment processed securely by Shopify Payments. Card details are never stored by us.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the stated window. If yours doesn't, email hello@byarmr.com — we'll resolve it.

Returns

Full policy at byarmr.com/policies/refund-policy. Short version: 30 days, full refund, prepaid label.

Intellectual property

All site content — copy, images, brand marks, design — belongs to ARMR. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMR's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
